1. General provisions
The data controller is DASTOVARD (hereinafter «the Company»), engaged in the comprehensive equipping of medical facilities with equipment and service maintenance. The Company is registered and operates in the Republic of Tajikistan, Dushanbe, 48 Shevchenko St.
By using the dastovard.com website (hereinafter «the Site»), submitting feedback forms, consultation requests or otherwise providing your data, you confirm your consent to this Privacy Policy and the terms of personal data processing.
The Policy has been developed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on personal data and applies to all data received by the Company through the Site.
2. Data we collect
Through the forms on the Site (consultation request, contacts page, «Submit a request» block), the Company collects the following personal data:
— user's first and last name;
— contact phone number;
— email address;
— subject of the inquiry and message text, including details about equipment, the nature of the malfunction and other request details;
— the interface language from which the request was submitted.
The Company does not request or collect data belonging to special categories of personal data (health condition, nationality, religious or political beliefs, etc.), except where the user voluntarily provides such details in the message text.
3. Purposes of data processing
The collected personal data is used solely for the following purposes:
— processing incoming requests and inquiries, preparing a response and consultation on equipment supply, delivery and service matters;
— establishing and maintaining contact with the user to clarify request details, prepare commercial offers and agree on cooperation terms;
— concluding and executing contracts for equipment supply, service maintenance and turnkey project delivery;
— informing users about the status of their requests and (with separate consent) about new products, services and Company promotions;
— ensuring the technical operation of the Site and traffic analytics.
4. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for processing personal data is the user's voluntary consent, expressed by filling in the relevant forms on the Site and clicking the submit button.
Processing may additionally be carried out on the basis of a concluded or to-be-concluded contract, as well as in cases provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan (fulfillment of tax and accounting obligations, protection of the Company's rights and legitimate interests, compliance with requirements of authorized state bodies).
5. Transfer of data to third parties
The Company undertakes not to transfer users' personal data to third parties for purposes unrelated to the fulfillment of obligations to the user.
Data transfer may occur only in the following cases: to subcontractors and service partners engaged to provide services to the user (subject to their confidentiality obligations); to authorized state bodies in cases established by law; to legal successors in the event of the Company's reorganization.
The Company does not sell users' personal data and does not transfer it for marketing purposes by third parties without the user's explicit consent.
6. Data retention periods
Personal data is retained for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes, or until the user withdraws their consent to data processing.
Where data retention is required for the fulfillment of contractual obligations, accounting and tax records, or in accordance with legal requirements, the data may be retained for the statutory retention period of the relevant documents.

— file complaints with authorized state bodies regarding violations of personal data rights.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out before the withdrawal.
9. Security measures
The Company applies organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, copying, modification, destruction and other unlawful actions.
Access to personal data is granted only to authorized Company employees who need the data to perform their duties. Sharing account details and passwords with third parties is prohibited.
