Multi-Patch Superposition Technology (MPST) The innovative multi-point superposition technology (MPST) solves the main lighting problem in surgery — shading of the surgical field. Thanks to a single light spot consisting of 16 layers, a field is created that is uniform in shape, color, and illumination, and it is not shaded even when up to 80% of the light is blocked by the surgeons’ bodies. Wide range of light field diameter adjustment. The HyLED C7 luminaire allows you to adjust the size of the light field from 14 to 20 cm, which makes it convenient for operations involving small incisions. The small, precisely focused light field prevents glare from sheets and equipment, maintaining clear illumination of the surgical area. The M-Field™ function is an innovative solution for minimally invasive surgery. In laparoscopic surgeries, several small incisions are made at a considerable distance from each other. The bionic lens design “compound eye” developed by Mindray creates a 60 cm light field that covers the entire chest and abdomen without the need to move the light source during the operation. This increases the efficiency and speed of surgeons’ work. Color temperature adjustment The standard color temperature is 4350 K. Optionally, it is possible to adjust the color temperature from 3500 to 5100 K in five ranges, which allows for more precise tissue differentiation and preservation of natural colors. Simple positioning and rotation The HyLED C7 luminaire rotates on five joints, which provides complete freedom of positioning and light direction. Contact signal transmission eliminates the risk of wire clamping during rotation (except for configurations with a built‑in camera).
